Love Triangle - Aristotle Onassis, Lee Radziwill and Jackie Kennedy

In October of 1963 Jackie Kennedy spent time on The Christina, Aristotle Onassis' yacht. Onassis was a man who was despised by both JFK and RFK. According to Onassis biographer, Peter Evans, Jackie had an affair with the Greek shipping tycoon starting at this time. In his book entitled Nemesis, Evans also reveals that Onassis had extensive dealings with the underworld, the espionage community and participated in drug trafficking. Evans also concludes that Onassis money was linked to the 1968 RFK assassination.

Jackie's sister, Lee Radziwill, had an open marriage at the time and was the mistress of Aristotle Onassis. Evidently Jackie stole the rich Onassis away from her sister, because she later married the Greek tycoon.

According to Onassis biographer Peter Evans, toward the end of their marriage (1968-1975) Onassis felt cursed and feared that Jackie had put the evil eye on him. After his death, Jackie fought Aristotle's daughter Christina over the inheritance. Christina was forced to sign over a check for 26 million dollars to Jackie. (Jackie did pretty well for only being married 7 years).

After her father's death, Christina Onassis was forced to write a check to Jackie for $26 million dollars (about $114 million in today's money).
